Every workshop/program is uniquely themed, serves a different purpose and is designed for you to EXPLORE yourself and GROW in a multitude of ways.
Workshops are usually 2-to-4-days-long experiences & programs are weekly commitments that progress for one month.
Using dance and movements as vessels and tools, the workshop is an investment and dedication to YOU while building community with like-minded beings in an intimate environment.

“Find your Own Artist” Freestyle Workshop
Sat & Sun 1:30-4pm (5hrs total)
Focusing on the exploration of your own movements and essence, this workshop will dissect musicality and movement textures through various exercises to help you find your flow and artistry in freestyling while dismantling any limiting beliefs.
A special workshop that is open to all movement artists but some dance experience is needed.
Filming your solo freestyle on the second day.
NDA is required to be signed to protect the integrity of this workshop.
